Delete your aatm account
You can delete your aatm account and all data connected to it at any time. There are two ways.
From inside the app (immediate)
Settings › Delete everything.
(It is also inside Settings › What aatm keeps.)
This removes, immediately and permanently: your profile and birth details, your chart and all readings, your conversations with aatm, tracked decisions and their history, reflections and practice entries, verifications and your answers about years you lived, saved moments, your record, any people you added and everything computed from their charts, invites you created, your sign-in email, and your sign-in record. There is no grace period and no recovery. aatm keeps nothing that identifies you.
Without the app (if you have uninstalled it)
Email hello@aatm.ai from the email of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, say so in the message and we will confirm it is you another way. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 7 days, then confirm by reply. No reason needed, no questions asked.
What deletion covers
Everything named above, which is everything aatm stores about you. Aggregated analytics that never identified you (for example, counts of how often a screen is opened across all users) are not connected to your account and cannot be traced back to you.
Before you go
If you want a copy of your data first, use Settings › What aatm keeps › Export everything before deleting. Export is unavailable after deletion because nothing remains.
