Our commitment to you

If we don't ship your Aatm AI device by June 30, 2026, you get a 100% refund — no questions asked.

Pre-Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

You can cancel your pre-order any time before we dispatch your unit.
  • Email hello@aatm.ai with your order details
  • We will process your full refund within 5–7 business days
  • Refund goes back to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Product

If your device arrives damaged or defective:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email photos of the damage to hello@aatm.ai
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund — your choice

After Delivery (No Fault)

As this is a pre-order for a hardware device, we do not accept returns for change of mind after the device has been delivered. This is standard for crowdfunded and pre-order hardware products.

Delay Protection

If there is a significant delay beyond June 30, 2026, we will:
  • Notify all pre-order customers by email
  • Offer a full refund to anyone who requests one
  • No penalties or fees for cancellation due to delay

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@aatm.ai with:
  • Your full name
  • Email used for the order
  • Razorpay order ID (from your confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund
