1. Pre-Order Agreement
By placing a pre-order on aatm.ai, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Aatm AI. Your payment confirms your intent to purchase the Aatm AI device at the founding price of ₹7,999.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- First batch ships April 2026. Pre-orders placed before March 31, 2026 are guaranteed a spot in the first batch.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing or logistics conditions.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your unit is dispatched.
3. Founding Price Lock
The ₹7,999 founding price is guaranteed for all pre-orders placed during this period. The price will increase when we open to general public. Your locked-in price will not change.
4. Product Specifications
Aatm AI is a hardware product currently in development. Final product specifications, design, and features may differ from what is shown on this website. We will notify all pre-order customers of any material changes.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your pre-order any time before we dispatch your unit. To cancel, email us at hello@aatm.ai with your order details. See our Refund Policy for details on the refund process.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on aatm.ai — including text, visuals, logos, and product design — is the property of Aatm AI. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
